Management Team

John Obi Onyemachi
Chief Executive Officer

John Onyemachi holds an MSc in Economics with specialization in Money & Finance from University of Jos. He is also an Alumnus of both the prestigious International Energy institute and the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers of the United Kingdom. With over 12 years banking experience during which he handled huge transactions involving international and local trading of petroleum products, he veered into the Marine industry to acquire hands on experience from where he was appointed to run Petrolseal Ocean & Energy Limited as CEO in 2007. He has proven skills in negotiation, organizing and decision making and is known to have a good understanding of the principles and techniques of design and execution of key projects.

Dele Adeleke
Director

Dele Adeleke holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management/Accounting and an MBA in General Management (distinction) both from Obafemi Awolowo University (Ile-Ife, Nigeria). He has attended many courses and workshops organized by prestigious institutions including Lagos Business School. He started his Banking Career in Liberty Merchant Bank Limited in 1991. He was part of the turnaround team of STB between 1998 and 2002, when the bank grew from 11 - 6 - branches before left to join Pacific Bank limited. In Pacific Bank, he piloted the recapitalization drive of the Bank in 2002 which led to the fresh inflow of about N 1.2b.n. He also spear-headed Pacific Bank's in-road into the oil & Gas Market and managed key relationships and portfolio encompassing all white products as well as vessel acquisition. During the last banking industry-wide consolidated exercise, he was seconded to merger project office of the Unity Bank Group as head of strategy and integration. He later became the project manager for the integration of the Unity Bank Group's operational procedures and information Technology platform. He was later appointed head of Commercial Banking, the position he held before appointment as a Director in Petrolseal Ocean & Energy Limited.
He is very resourceful and highly creative. He is a fellow of the Institute of direct Marketing.

Engr. Suresh R Issac
Group Chief Operating Officer

Suresh R Issac is an Engineer with over 25 years industry experience in Operations Management, Corporate Finance, Sales and Post Sales, Supply Chain Management, TQM and Team Management with key industry players in Asia and Africa.

He has specialized in Diesel Technology with extensive exposure in Auto manufacturing and service, Electrical installations, Diesel Generator installations, fuel line erection and maintenance, construction of transmission networks and substation, erection and maintenance of telecom sites.

He is a Change Management specialist well known in the industry for key successes in devising various projects (or change initiatives) to meet business, timescale and budget objectives of organizations while focusing on the people side of change - which may include changes to business processes, systems ,technology, job roles and organization structures.
His varied technical experience across departments in the Heavy & Telecom Industry blends with his outstanding management skills to effectively oversee the Operational arm of the business.

Owolabi Adesina - MCP,OCDBA
Information Technology Manager

Mr. Adesina is a versatile and very experienced IT professional with over 7years experience working proactively in autonomous roles encompassing Project & Programme Support Offices and Project Management. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Applied Mathematics from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Nigeria and Msc in Mathematical Modelling and Simulation (Application to Telecommunication and Signal Processing) from Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden. He is an instructor/trainer with good knowledge and understanding of Microwave Engineering, Systems and Network integration, System supports and maintenance. He is an Associate member of British Computer Society (BCS), UK and Nigeria Computer Society (NCS). He is a certified Researcher and Member of ALGA international, Sweden and Russia. He has successfully carried out both IT projects and Research in several places in Nigeria and Sweden. He is currently the CEO of Deshcomm Technology Limited, Nigeria and a consultant to some organization on Software and Hardware support development, Systems Networking & Communication and has been involved in several local and overseas training.

Uche Anyanwu
Business Head (Upstream)

A graduate of bio-chemistry with masters in business administration, Mr Anyanwu has worked with Total Nigeria Plc and has had cognate management trainings locally, internationally and as developed and implemented effective business strategies marketing skills. He has extensive knowledge in constructive / intensive marketing and is actively involved in business development in North America and Europe. He is CPS oxford England trained in international oil supply,transportation, refining and trading.

Ogbonnanta Uwaeme
Health , Environment, Quality & Safety Coordinator

An economics graduate from the university of Lagos with a masters degree from the University of Nigeria, Mr Uwaeme has had extensive training in Quality Management Systems [QMS], Lead Auditor, etc which he adheres to strictly. He is also a member Nigeria Institute of Safety Professionals [NISP]
